The Page of Pentacles - 1/18/26

This week’s card pull is the Page of Pentacles, which is a pretty good card for the third week of January 2026. There’s a lot to like about this card.

The Page of Pentacles is about focus. Focusing on goals, intentions, where you want to go, or who you want to be. It’s about the future that you shape with your mind.

It tells you to start with a vision. It can be about anything in your life or within yourself that you want to expand, grow, integrate, alchemize.

Maybe you want to go back to school and get a degree. Did you find that learning to be a nutritionist is your calling? Did you realize that those little carvings you make for family and friends could be a side gig that you could do well into your retirement and it would make retirement more enjoyable?

Or maybe you want to start a business that will allow you to determine your own schedule and could give you the control over your life and finances that you’ve always wanted? Or maybe you want to start one because you don’t want to have a boss?

Do you have a dream trip you want to take? Is there something on your bucket list you want? Is there a promotion you want at work? Do you want the corner office with your name on the door?

It could be that you feel you’re on the wrong path in life. What would you like to change about it? Do you know or do you need to explore what it is? Is it a spiritual change? A change in career?

What is that vision for you? Only you know what that vision is. I can’t tell you, and neither can this card, in this moment. But I can tell you that it’s time to find your vision and focus. Laser focus on what that vision is. Get very clear in what you want. The Page of Pentacles is telling you to take the time to develop that vision to be as clear to you as the back of your hand. Take time to see it in your mind’s eye. Make it as real as you can and make it feel like it’s here now.

Now that you have that vision as clear as glass, it’s time to focus on the how you get there. Make a plan. Take your first steps in the direction of your vision. Maintain that focus as hard as you can and for as long as you need to do it. Focus is the watchword this week. I’d even say for this month. This is your year. It’s a 1 year, the Magician. The Magician makes what he envisions. It’s time for you to envision what you want and make it happen.
